We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Information Security Intern to join our Information Security team. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to learn and contribute to protecting our organization's digital assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in cybersecurity and a basic understanding of information security concepts.

What You'll Do:

• Understanding compliance documentation and requirements.
• Organizing existing documentation.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing security systems, logs, and alerts for potential threats.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and report findings.
• Research emerging threats and vulnerabilities and provide recommendations to enhance security measures.
• Help develop and maintain security documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with security best practices and standards.
  Requirements
  
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML principles and algorithms.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Must be an upcoming junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Hybrid role that will require 2-3 days in our Bloomington office.
