Job Description:
A company is looking for an Innovation Catalyst to drive organic
growth and build innovation capability across its operating
companies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and refinement of innovation tools, including
Product Management toolset and Lean Portfolio Management
Inspire and manage teams to enhance performance and implement
innovative practices
Identify market opportunities and develop product roadmaps through
customer engagement and experimentation
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a product-related field,
preferably in SaaS and hardware
Proven track record in market opportunity identification and
competitive analysis
Experience applying Voice of the Customer methodologies for problem
discovery
Knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management and resource allocation
decisions
Strong project management experience in building and deploying
tools for business enhancement
