ResponsibilitiesAscension Franciscan is looking for an Advanced
Practice Provider for our Neonatology team.This is a great
opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension
Franciscan to provide medical services to
patients.Responsibilities:Obtain patient history and perform
assessment via observation, interview and examination. Order,
perform and interpret diagnostic studies. Perform preventative
health assessments, screening, immunizations and patient
care.Provide direct treatment and management of health conditions
via referral to other healthcare providers or community
resources.Counsel and educate patients and their
families/caregivers concerning preventative health, treatment
options and community resources.Document delivery of health care
and nursing processes in accordance with specific specialty area

Credential(s):BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart
Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or
job transfer date required.Nurse Practitioner specializing in
Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of
Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job
transfer date required.One or more of the following
required:Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses
Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained prior to hire date or job
transfer date.Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board
of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer
