TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Bloomington, Indiana, 47408 Pay Information $2,016 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Medical Surgical Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Must have relevant license or have started the licensing process to be submitted Certifications: BCLS Must-Have: - Experience in Medical/Surgical - Starting IVs - Nasal Cannula - Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias (preferred) - Previous charge experience (preferred) - Charting system experience required Job Description: - Coverage for charge nurse responsibilities may be needed, with provided training and resources. - Charge pay is offered for covering charge responsibilities. - The COVID vaccine is required for all travelers; medical or religious exemptions accepted with a doctor's note. - Flu vaccine is required, with medical or religious exemptions accepted. - Weekend work is required every other week. - Floating to different units within the hospital or affiliated hospitals nearby is mandatory. - Orientation consists of 12 hours. - Patients are those requiring overnight observation for further medical workup. - Unit is similar to a clinical decision unit, adjacent to the Emergency Department. - Common patient diagnoses include COVID, abdominal pain, respiratory distress, and other symptoms requiring further workup. 27141241EXPPLAT Job Requirements Required for Onboarding ACLS BLS Pharmacology Skills Checklist Specialty Exam About Cynet Health Your travel nursing adventure begins here.
