• Certification Details
• Valid Driver's License or Passport accepted. Must be clear copy.
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required (AHA ONLY). RQI is acceptable.
• BLS - Basic Life Support required for all candidates (AHA ONLY). RQI is acceptable.
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support required (AHA ONLY). RQI is acceptable.
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure required. Only AHA NRP is accepted.
• NIH Stroke Certification required
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam required. Not required for Techs or RRTS
• State License 1 Verification required
  • Job Details
  • Effective 11/30/24, IU Health will not allow IN RN's to work at their facilities (SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW). The last day for IN RNs to start a NEW contract is 9/9 (allows them to finish a contract by 11/30).
  • Periop/OR RN's, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. These IN travelers are allowed to work past the 11/30 deadline. Periop includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS.

      • Schedule Information
      • Shift Requirements: 3x12s.
      • Floating Requirements: May Float to IU Health North Hospital

        • Unit competency exam required.

          • IU Health is now offering charge pay, which is a bill rate bump per hour
