Certification Details
Must be AHA BLS
HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics
Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer
If Negative titer, must have booster vaccine
Exemptions are NOT accepted for persons working in specific areas
Required annual Fit Test
Hepatitis B documentation
Influenza Vaccine required
Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire if applicable
Health Statement or physical exam
2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
Varicella immunity required
Valid Tdap
- Job Details
- This is an interventional rad tech position.
- Full-Time IR Lab, weekend option schedule
  - Job Requirements
  - RT(R) ARRT Certification required
  - 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience required.
  - Neuro IR experience preferred.
    - Schedule Information
    - Shift 7a.m. - 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Sunday, and 1 day during the week
    - No call required
